Rules of shipment of goods
- In the event that the Buyer has chosen to pay in advance for the order, the Seller will proceed with the order once it has been paid for.
- The countries on whose territory the delivery is made are:
- Poland
- All countries of the European Union
- United Arab Emirates
- Saudi Arabia
- The delivery time of an order usually does not exceed 2 working days. Exceptions are orders for items not currently available. In this case, the lead time may be longer, in which case the purchaser will be informed immediately.
- The cost of delivery is determined by the price list and is listed below.
- Receipt of delivery must be confirmed in writing. Upon receipt, ownership of the goods and all risks of possession and use, in particular the risk of loss or damage, shall pass to the Purchaser.
- By placing an order, the Purchaser agrees to store and process the personal data included in the order by LABB PROSTA SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA according to the provisions of the Act on Personal Data Protection, Journal of Laws Dz. No. 133 item 883.
- Receiving the goods, the Purchaser is obliged to check whether the consignment is not damaged during transport. The condition for considering a possible complaint is to write a ‘Complaint Protocol’ in the presence of an employee of the shipping company.
